10. Use of Google Workspace APIs
Notora integrates with Google Workspace APIs (e.g., Google Drive API) to enable user-selected file import and document analysis features.
We adhere strictly to Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
- We do not use any Google user data to train or improve generalized AI or ML models.
- We access only files or folders explicitly selected by users through interfaces like Google Picker.
- We do not crawl or index users’ entire Drive accounts.
- No user data is shared with third parties except authorized sub-processors under strict contractual agreements.
- Users can disconnect integrations and revoke access at any time.
We request the following scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly
This is necessary for allowing users to select and import pre-existing files for workflow purposes within Notora. It enables read-only access to user-selected documents and does not request full Drive access.
