Important: We do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to train, develop, or improve generalized or proprietary AI or machine learning models. Access to such data is limited to fulfilling user-directed features only.

10. Use of Google Workspace APIs

Notora integrates with Google Workspace APIs (e.g., Google Drive API) to enable user-selected file import and document analysis features.

We adhere strictly to Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

  • We do not use any Google user data to train or improve generalized AI or ML models.
  • We access only files or folders explicitly selected by users through interfaces like Google Picker.
  • We do not crawl or index users’ entire Drive accounts.
  • No user data is shared with third parties except authorized sub-processors under strict contractual agreements.
  • Users can disconnect integrations and revoke access at any time.

We request the following scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly

This is necessary for allowing users to select and import pre-existing files for workflow purposes within Notora. It enables read-only access to user-selected documents and does not request full Drive access.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you via email or in-app notifications. We encourage periodic review of this page.
